Keep those guest spots coming: Minnie Driver is set to appear on ABC's 'Modern Family' this January, Entertainment Weekly confirms. The Oscar nominee will play a former co-worker of Claire (Julie Bowen), who comes back into their lives, presumably to wreak a bit of havoc.

Driver's acting career has slowed down a bit in recent years. Most recently, she co-starred in the FX drama 'The Riches,' for which she earned an Emmy nomination in 2007. Fans of 'Will & Grace' will also remember Driver as Lorraine Finster, the cafeteria worker who had an affair with Stan.

In 2008, Driver gave birth to her first son, Henry Story Driver.
