What to Watch Wednesday, Nov. 5

top design'Top Design'
(10PM, Bravo) 2nd season finale
With the lameness of the final Bravo season of 'Project Runway' still fresh in our minds (Leanne's designs were cool, but we would have thrown something at the TV if we'd had to hear her call her clothing 'or-ghanic' one more time), here's hoping the second 'Top Design' finale won't disappoint.

It's come down to Nathan, Preston and Ondine, as the three interior decorators will have to spruce up an entire home, from curtains to floor treatments, for their shot at the $100,000 grand prize.

All three have their fans, though the talented Nathan has been a favorite from the beginning. Then again, he did have the low score in part one of the finale last week ...

What to Watch Wednesday, Oct. 29

'Redemption Song'
(11PM, FUSE)
Imagine the women of the 'Bad Girls Club' with rock star aspirations and you've got this deliciously drama-ridden reality series, in which 11 women with checkered pasts and scores of wasted opportunities take what might be their last shot at a career in the music industry.

In fact, the contenders – including Kendra, a self-described 'smorgasbord of crazy' – start the show with host Chris Jericho revealing that each will receive a contract with Geffen Records.

The deals are theirs to lose, and all but one of them will. And we're guessing it'll be the one who can resist what appears to be a group fondness for chugging alcohol right from the bottle.

What to Watch Wednesday, Oct. 1

'Pushing Daisies'
(8PM, ABC) 2nd season premiere
What's a stressed-out girl to do when she's already got a head full of secrets and then learns yet another bit of juicy scoop that could prove life changing for those around her? Get thee to a nunnery!

That's the solution for Olive, who goes off to hang with some nuns when the burden of Ned and Chuck's (and now Aunt Lily's) secrets get to be too much.

Meanwhile, back at The Pie Hole, Ned's freaking out about Chuck's need to be independent, Emerson's indulging his love of pop-up books and Chuck goes undercover at a honey-based cosmetics company to find out who killed Betty's Bees' head Bee Girl. Hey, they don't call the show quirky for nothing.

What to Watch Weekend, Sept. 27-28

'Desperate Housewives'
(Sun., 9PM, ABC) 5th season premiere
The women of Wisteria Lane have leapt five years into the future, and what a difference a day -- or five years' worth -- makes.

Susan and Mike: kaput, and Susan is now hooked up with that hot season four finale guy who looked a lot like 'Queer as Folk's' Gale Harold. Because he is. Meanwhile, Lynette's twin 'tween terrors have become twin teen terrors, Bree's lost custody of her grandson and Gaby's lost control of her kids and her model figure.

And then there's Edie, who makes a surprising return to the 'hood, with a surprising partner in tow: Dave, her new hubby, who's bringing the latest 'DH' mystery with him.

15 Things We Learned at TV Press Tour

The buzz on '90210,' the 'Office' (not) spin-off and more

Twice a year, TV critics from across the country gather in Los Angeles for the Television Critics' Association press tour.

For two weeks the press gets the chance to chat with the actors and writers from every network and cable channel -- and showered with useless freebies (an oven mitt promoting 'Coolio's Rules'!) -- all to better understand the season's new shows.

Here are the best boob tube tidbits we gathered at the latest TCAs.

TV's Biggest Guilty Pleasures

The Hills'The Hills' ... 'The Price Is Right' ... 'One Tree Hill' ... find out where they rank on our list.

In the privacy of our homes, we're doing something that would shock our friends and horrify our relatives.

We're watching ... 'Moonlight.' And 'Hannah Montana.' And sometimes, even 'I Love New York.'

Yep, we admit it. It's time to 'fess up and reveal our top 20 guilty pleasures on TV right now. You'll watch and love them (in secret) too.
