'Curb Your Enthusiasm' Season 7 Episode 10 - The 'Seinfeld' Reunion (VIDEO)

It sure was satisfying to see the cast of 'Seinfeld' come together for a reunion on the season finale of 'Curb Your Enthusiasm,' even if it only was a ruse by Larry David to win ex-wife Cheryl back by giving her a part in the show.

For many fans, the show-within-a-show reunion gives us the kind of ending we hoped for but didn't receive in the original series finale when the 'Seinfeld' crew is revealed as hopelessly self-centered and gets tossed in jail.

Watch the video after the jump.

'Seinfeld' Reunion Episode on 'Curb Your Enthusiasm': Season 7 Finale Recap

What happened on the 'Seinfeld' reunion 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' season 7 finale -- in 100 words or less.

There were two reunions on the 'Curb' season finale: 'Seinfeld' and the Davids. Yes, despite again being hoisted by his own petard, Larry managed to woo wife Cheryl back when she realized how much she liked George Costanza, i.e. Larry's TV alter ego.

5 Signs Rosie O'Donnell Is Making a Comeback

After being in the closet her entire show business career, Rosie O'Donnell seemed to think she had something to prove after coming out. The Queen of Nice, who wooed daytime audiences by blushing about Tom Cruise, got angry and political. She blindsided Tom Selleck about gun control during his appearance on her show and called herself a "d*ke" at an Ovarian Cancer Research benefit. She looked mean.

Her fans were scared. Her career faltered. 'The View' hired her to stir up controversy, but she stirred too hard.

Two years later, after her two ugly departures from daytime TV, it seems Rosie has gained some kind of peace and is focused on entertaining audiences again. Is it going to last? Why should we care? Here are five reasons we think the Rosie we used to know may finally be back to stay.

'Curb Your Enthusiasm' Season 7 Episode 9 'The Table Read' Recap

Curb Your EnthusiasmWhat happened on this week's 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' episode, 'The Table Read' -- in 100 words or less.

The cast of 'Seinfeld' shows up for a funny table read of their reunion special. Michael Richards thinks he's dying of Groat's Disease, so Larry has Leon pretend to be a survivor, which almost leads to Richards re-enacting his racial outburst.

Larry lends his pen to Jason Alexander, but he "soils" it, so Larry demands a new one. Larry uses that pen to try and pacify a young girl he'd befriended who has a rash in a sensitive area.

Michael Richards on 'Curb Your Enthusiam': Rant Redux (VIDEO)

In a sly nod to the epithet-filled tirade he went on in 2006 while doing stand-up at a L.A. comedy club, Michael Richards once again laid into a minority in public, but this time, the N-bomb he so famously used several years ago on black hecklers escaped him.

Richards, along with the entire 'Seinfeld' cast, has appeared on several episodes of 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' this season as Larry David orchestrates a 'Seinfeld' reunion.

Cheryl Hines Defends Jesus Joke in 'Curb Your Enthusiasm'

Curb your criticisms – or at least that's what 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' star Cheryl Hines says about the latest questions about the show's edgy humor.

"I haven't talked to him about it, but I am sure [he would say] they probably shouldn't watch the show if it is going to offend [them]," Hines told Moviefone at Thursday's Ante Up for Africa event outside L.A., to benefit Darfur charities. "Because Larry [David] has skewered all kinds of subjects and himself. That's the nature of the show."

Larry David Angers Catholic League With Latest 'Curb Your Enthusiasm'

Does 'Seinfeld' creator and 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' Larry David like to poke fun at Christians, or is he just an equal opportunity offender?

The Catholic League says it's the former, taking issue with the Oct. 25 'Curb' episode in which the TV version of Larry was taking a medication that led him to have an extremely, um, forceful urination experience. As a result, while using the bathroom of a woman who had a painting of Jesus hanging beside her toilet, Larry's splashings hit the wall -- and the painting -- leading the woman to think her Jesus painting was crying and that she was experiencing a miracle.

HBO described the episode as "playful," while Fox News reports that Catholic League president Bill Donohue was less than amused by the plot.

Preview the 'Seinfeld' Reunion on 'Curb Your Enthusiasm'

Curb Your EnthusiasmJerry, Elaine, George, Kramer ... what are you doing here?

'Curb Your Enthusiasm'
returns for its seventh season this Sunday after a long hiatus (the show last aired in November 2007), and the big story will be Larry David putting together a 'Seinfeld' reunion. Yup, the gang -- Jerry Seinfeld, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jason Alexander and Michael Richards -- will be back together again.

When last we saw Larry, he'd hooked up with Loretta (Vivica A. Fox) after taking her Hurricane Katrina-affected family into his home. Now, as selfish as ever, he wants to break up her -- even though she's sick -- and reconcile with ex-wife Cheryl (Cheryl Hines). And to facilitate that, he cooks up a 'Seinfeld' reunion so he can offer her an acting part.

David has said
, "The more people I can offend, the better." The show even plans to address Richards' racist tirade scandal from 2006.
