EXCLUSIVE: Interview With 'America's Next Top Model' Cycle 13 Winner Nicole Fox (VIDEO)

Nicole FoxShe may only be 5'7".

But there are plenty of big things ahead for 18-year-old Nicole Fox, who was just named the winner of 'America's Next Top Model' Cycle 13.

The adorable Fox was kind enough to stop by our New York office this morning to talk more about last night's finale, beating runner-up Laura and what's next on her horizon (ok, I got her to smize, too).

Tyra Banks Announces 'America's Next Top Model' -- Cue Tears (VIDEO)

And the winner of 'America's Next Top Model' is ... Nicole Fox!

The 18-year-old Fox beat out Laura Kirkpatrick and won a $100,000 contract with CoverGirl, will appear on the cover of 'Seventeen' magazine along with a six-page spread, and will be represented by Wilhelmina Models.

'America's Next Top Model' Cycle 13 Winner Is Nicole Fox

So, it all came down to just two shorties on last night's 'American's Next Top Model' Cycle 13 finale: red-headed geek-turned-rock star Nicole and perky dyslexic Laura. But in the end, only one model could stand, if not head and shoulders above the rest (they are shorties, remember), at least a little taller -- and that was Nicole.

Despite a little misdirection about Nicole's snobby performance in the Cover Girl commercial being a deal breaker for the judges (psych!), and a slightly better performance on the wind-and-rain-swept runway by Laura (Nicole's weird, head-forward walk was ultimately dubbed her "signature" and not a flaw by the judges), the dorky redhead emerged victorious in the final episode thanks to a winning shoot for Seventeen. It was a long journey for Nicole, who had to overcome shyness, dorkiness and a very unmodel-like lack of cattiness to make it through the competition.

Tyra Banks Puts 'Top Models' in Blackface. When Did This Become OK?

America's Next Top ModelIn tonight's episode of 'America's Next Top Model,' Tyra Banks re-imagines the remaining contestants as biracial models through the use of skin darkening agents and ethnic costumes. Or, in other words, blackface.

Photos of the models -- Jennifer An, Nicole Fox, Laura Kirkpatrick, Sundai Love, Brittany Markert and Erin Wagner -- can be seen at Entertainment Tonight.

csi new york'CSI: New York'
(10PM, CBS) 100th episode
Will the real Mac Taylor please step forward?

Actually, the Mac Taylors of the world -- or at least the ones in New York City -- may want to stay inside and lock the doors, because someone has killed two people with that name in a two-week period. So CSI-er Mac Taylor (Gary Sinise) is banding together with 15 other people with the same moniker to figure out why their name is driving someone to murder.

In a clever twist, an eclectic array of guest stars pop up as the various Macs, including singer Chris Daughtry (as Machiavelli Taylor), 'Party of Five' alum Scott Wolf (as Mackinley Taylor) and Bruce Willis/Demi Moore offspring Rumer Willis (as Mackendra Taylor).

top design'Top Design'
(10PM, Bravo) 2nd season finale
With the lameness of the final Bravo season of 'Project Runway' still fresh in our minds (Leanne's designs were cool, but we would have thrown something at the TV if we'd had to hear her call her clothing 'or-ghanic' one more time), here's hoping the second 'Top Design' finale won't disappoint.

It's come down to Nathan, Preston and Ondine, as the three interior decorators will have to spruce up an entire home, from curtains to floor treatments, for their shot at the $100,000 grand prize.

All three have their fans, though the talented Nathan has been a favorite from the beginning. Then again, he did have the low score in part one of the finale last week ...

What to Watch Wednesday, Sept. 3

'Sons of Anarchy'
(10PM, FX) series premiere
'Sons' has been called the "West Coast 'Sopranos,'" as the show revolves around a Northern California motorcycle gang that runs an illegal weapons ring and rules its small town with mob-like intimidation.

'Undeclared' star Charlie Hunnam is Jax, the thirtysomething poised to run the gang eventually, but only if he can "toughen up" to the standards of current leader Clay (Ron Perlman), the second husband of Jax's mom Gemma (Katey Sagal).

Jax doesn't have the same ruthless streak Clay and Gemma do, and he's got an additional cross to bear: Druggie ex-wife Wendy (Drea de Matteo), whose addictions have led to birth defects for Jax's newborn son.
