The Show Girl Has Scoop on 'Modern Family,' Adam Lambert on 'Weeds' & 'Past Life' - VIDEO

Julie Bowen, 'Modern Family'You've got questions? I've got answers. I'm The Show Girl!

This week's Valentine's Day episode of 'Modern Family' is sure to be amazing -- star Julie Bowen gives me a little tease, then her TV kids talk about a hilarious upcoming guest star you won't want to miss. I also have 'Weeds' star Justin Kirk dishing about Adam Lambert and guyliner, and I chat with Emmy winner Richard Schiff about his new show 'Past Life' and ... 'Saved By the Bell'?

Plus, if you're missing mentions of that phenomenal two-hour 'Lost' final season premiere, watch Instant Dharma. We'll be covering 'Lost' and only 'Lost' there each week.

Introducing Instant Dharma: 'Lost' Experts Talk Season 6 Premiere Big Moments - VIDEO

We here at AOL TV love 'Lost,' and we know we're not alone. So each week of this final season, we'll be inviting a few fellow 'Lost' geeks to join us in talking all things related to the island, our favorite castaways and much, much more.

Please don't watch or read any further
unless you've seen the episode or don't mind spoilers.

This week, IGN TV's Matt Fowler (@Fowler_IGN) and geektastic freelancer Jenna Busch (@JennaBusch) help me rehash all the major moments -- and there were plenty, weren't there? -- from the big two-hour season 6 premiere. A new timeline! Deaths! Some linen-clad guards! And the biggest, most insane moment of all: John Locke's smokey massacre! Wow ... just wow.

So without further ado, may I present to you Instant Dharma. Watch, share with your friends, send us your questions and tell us what you think in the comments. We'd love for you to geek out with us every week.

The Show Girl Talks TV Royalty, Our New 'Lost' Show & More - VIDEO

RuPaul's Drag RaceYou've got questions? I've got answers. I'm The Show Girl!

This week, I talk to the Queen of the Internet, Cindy Margolis, and the Queen of ... well, queens, RuPaul. Both ladies are working it on reality TV -- the '90s pinup on dating show 'Seducing Cindy,' and the '90s 'Supermodel' songstress on season 2 of 'RuPaul's Drag Race.' Amazing.

To bring the show back to reality a bit, I also dig in to 'Lost.' (Hey -- I didn't say which reality.) If you haven't heard, we've got a brand spankin' new weekly show dedicated to the addictive, obsessive show I call my #1 favorite. And we're taking fan questions starting ... now.

The Show Girl Talks 'Damages,' History Lessons with Olly Steeds & the Worst Dressed American - VIDEO

Glenn Close, 'Damages'You've got questions? I've got answers. I'm The Show Girl!

Something for everyone this week -- really. You like drama? I've got Glenn Close's dream casting for 'Damages' -- and it's not anyone you'd expect. More of a Discovery Channel person? Olly Steeds gives me his best travel tip for adventurers, and jokes about his pal Bear Grylls.

And, of course, if you just can't stop watching makeover shows, 'What Not to Wear' hosts Clinton Kelly and Stacy London give me the scoop on the show's big 250th episode, which features the Worst Dressed American.

The Show Girl Sounds Off on 'The Deep End,' 'Archer,' '24' and 'Nip/Tuck' - VIDEO

Katee SackhoffYou've got questions? I've got answers. I'm The Show Girl!

This week, I have a preview of ABC's new legal dramedy 'The Deep End' -- which is sort of like 'Grey's Anatomy' at a law firn -- straight from stars Billy Zane and Tina Majorino. I also get funny lady Aisha Tyler to beg another 'Arrested Development' alum (they already have two!) to come on her new animated comedy 'Archer.'

Then there's Katee Sackhoff. She's officially my new favorite actress, and now she's on '24,' but her answer to my sort of controversial 'Nip/Tuck' question -- why did they get all soap opera-y and keep your character but replace you with Rose McGowan? -- is equal parts lovely and hilarious.

The Show Girl Talks 'Southland' Hookups, 'Human Target,' Golden Globe Predictions & More - VIDEO

Regina KingYou've got questions? I've got answers. I'm The Show Girl!

In honor of 'Southland''s glorious return to our TVs (Tue., 10PM ET on TNT), I got star Regina King's take on whether or not her character, Det. Lydia Adams, should hook up with Ben McKenzie's character, Det. Ben Sherman. The words "cutie" and "animalistic" are part of her answer ... tell me you're not curious.

I also have some behind-the-scenes fun with 'Human Target' star Mark Valley, and share a few of my Golden Globe predictions. (Yay, 'Modern Family'! Sorry 'Cougar Town.')

The Show Girl's Favorite Things of '09 & a Look Ahead at TV in 2010 - VIDEO

Nurse JackieHappy New Year!!

2009 was an amazing year for TV fans -- and definitely a wonderful year to be The Show Girl -- but 2010 is looking like it might just top it.

Looking back at the best TV this past year, you can't forget our favorite new pill-popping medical professional (sorry 'House'!), a hilarious 'Modern Family' and the most lovable high school Glee club ever.

But 2010 promises us an 'UneXpected' twist on life, more of Mr. Nice Spy 'Chuck,' 'Gilmore Girls' Lauren Graham's big return to primetime and (sniff! sniff!) the end of 'Lost.' Will you be watching? I know I will ... after all, it is my job.

And yes, it's a crazy fun job, but I couldn't do it without you guys. So if you want more TV scoop about your favorite shows, just email me your questions at TheTVShowGirl@aol.com. And, as always, happy TV watching!

The Show Girl Gets 'Wild' with Bear Grylls, Talks '24,' 'HIMYM''s Mother & More - VIDEO

Bear GryllsYou've got questions? I've got answers. I'm The Show Girl!

Everyone has crazy dreams, but mine are usually TV-related. Like the one I had that was all about 'Man vs. Wild' host Bear Grylls. Yeah, I know I'm not alone there. He's just so ... talented and professional, right? Right, and we go on quite an adventure this week.

I also have a little sneak peek of season 8 of '24' -- including an introduction to two new cast members -- and a I get into it about 'How I Met Your Mother''s mother. Is it Rachel Bilson? Should it be? Does anyone still care? Personally, I just can't wait to see star Neil Patrick Harris' sure-to-be-legendary song and dance number in the 100th episode.

The Show Girl Gets Naughty with David Duchovny, Gordon Ramsay & a 'BBQ' Champ - VIDEO

Gordon RamsayYou've got questions? I've got answers. I'm The Show Girl!

While everyone else is worried about being on Santa's "good" list this holiday season, I'm much more interested in the bad boys of TV. This week, I've got fun stuff from three of the baddest, starting with 'Californication' star David Duchovny, who dishes about the show's season finale (Sun., Dec. 13, 10PM ET on Showtime) and makes fun of Twitter.

I also have the scoop on Gordon Ramsay new show 'Cookalong Live' (Tues., Dec. 15, 9PM ET on Fox), and talk a little trash with the champ of TLC's latest reality show 'BBQ Pitmasters.'

The Show Girl Talks Taye Diggs (Literally), 'Lost' Theories, Syfy's 'Alice' & More - VIDEO

Michael Emerson, 'Lost'You've got questions? I've got answers. I'm The Show Girl!

This week, I dive back into 'Lost,' hitting around some possible endings and interesting ideas with star Michael Emerson, and sharing a few final season theories of my own.

I also chat with the stars of Syfy's 'Alice' about other possible childrens' story adaptations (a sexy 'Blues Clues,' anyone?), and get personal with 'Private Practice' star Taye Diggs -- who, strangely enough, sounds an awful lot like me -- about his first child and his stint on BFF Jay Harrington's show 'Better Off Ted' (premieres Tues., Dec. 8, 9:30PM ET on ABC).
