The Show Girl Talks Slap Bets at 'HIMYM,' Romances at 'Better Off Ted' & More - VIDEO

Slapsgiving! You've got questions? I've got answers. I'm The Show Girl!

Today, I've got scoop on the new season of one of the funniest, most underrated shows on TV: 'Better Off Ted.' Find out the fate of Veridian's star-crossed lovers Ted and Linda, why Phil will romance Ted, how Portia de Rossi will go from playing Veronica to Lindsay Fünke ... and if you don't know any of these people, maybe I can convince you to meet them and catch up before season 2 begins.

I also hit the set of 'How I Met Your Mother' armed with your questions about Twitter and slap bets. Who are the stars Tweeting with? You might be surprised. And is it hard to hit your co-stars? Not according to Jason Segel. (Awesome.)

Want more? Email me TV questions at TheTVShowGirl@aol.com -- who knows, I might just give you an answer on the show. Now watch, enjoy and come back next week for more. Until then, happy TV watching!

Joshua Jackson Talks Gross Mysteries and Peter Not Falling for Olivia on 'Fringe' - VIDEO

Joshua Jackson, 'Fringe'According to 'Fringe' star Joshua Jackson, we haven't seen the grossest thing the show has to offer just yet. Exploding heads and old man babies are nothing -- just wait until you get a load of the nematodes, which Jackson admits "just made me want to vomit."

And that's not the only thing we have to look forward to with the rest of this season. There's also the big Observer episode (Thurs., Nov. 19, 9PM ET on Fox), which investigates the origins of the show's mysterious bald onlooker and his ilk, where Jackson promises "we come to know them well."

But, of course, the show isn't all just mysteries, gross-outs and creepy hairless men -- there's also the family-like relationship between Jackson's Peter Bishop, his father Walter Bishop (John Noble) and Olivia Dunham (Anna Torv).

So is Jackson surprised that fans are so vocal about not wanting to see Peter and Olivia together? "No ... If it goes in that direction -- if something naturally comes out of it -- then I'd be fine with that. But I just hate it when you just slam the characters together because they're 'supposed' to be together." We couldn't agree more.

Simon Baker Talks 'The Mentalist,' Onscreen Romance and Being a Family Man - VIDEO

Simon Baker, 'The Mentalist'A little while back, 'The Mentalist' star Simon Baker and I had a little playdate ... a playdate that included taking a private plane to Phoenix and chatting live in front of a couple thousand national advertisers at their annual conference. Yep, it's all in a day's work people!

I brought along some cameras to capture every minute so you all can feel like you were there too, sitting right next to Simon. We chatted all about how his life has changed since 'The Mentalist' (Thursdays, 10PM ET on CBS) became such a huge hit. Simon then gave his honest opinion about whether or not the CBI team will ever catch Red John, and if there's romance in store for his character, Patrick Jane, and his partner-in-fighting-crime, Teresa Lisbon (Robin Tunney).

We also talk about what a family guy he is. Fun fact: The dad of three actually took the part in 'The Devil Wears Prada' because his daughter told him to. What does she want him to do next? "A romantic comedy," he said with a smile -- a smile that says he's seriously considering it. Swoon.

Watch our video interview now to see it all, and don't miss a few other outtakes -- like the perils of having a 16-year-old daughter -- on The Show Girl. Because, really, isn't everything just a little more fun with Simon Baker?

Anna Torv Talks Alternate Olivia, Finding Love & The Observer on 'Fringe' - VIDEO

Anna Torv, 'Fringe'As full of mysteries as 'Fringe' is, you'd expect the Vancouver set to be on serious lockdown. It's not (we managed to get an invite to play without even begging), but that doesn't mean the show's stars aren't totally cagey when pressed for details.

Anna Torv -- who plays CIA agent Olivia Dunham, the tortured target of so many experiments gone awry due to having been poked and prodded as a child -- is particularly good at dodging questions. But, of course, that doesn't make her any less lovely.

We caught up with Torv in the lab set, her home away from home, to get the scoop on The Observer, the return of William Bell (Leonard Nimoy) and what she thinks Bizarro Olivia might be like. "One little choice, or one little thing, and everything sort of changes," Torv says of one of the show's greatest twists, the introduction of an alternate universe. "So, do we meet Olivia? And is she just this soft, gentle, happy mom?"

That's hard to imagine, considering we've mostly only seen tough gal Olivia. But Torv promises that a love interest for the Olivia in this world isn't out of the question either, even if she has been burned so many times. "I don't think she's bitter -- I think if she's to have [a relationship], it'll be like an escape." What else does Torv want to see for her character? "I want to start wielding a sword!" Yeah, I don't think any fans would complain about that.

'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia: A Very Sunny Christmas' DVD Release Interviews

It's Always Sunny in PhiladelphiaWhen you think Christmas cheer, you think of the gang from 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia,' right? Right.

Which is why their new DVD release, 'A Very Sunny Christmas,' is the perfect stocking stuffer ... especially if the people on your list land on the naughty side of the spectrum, like Dennis Reynolds and the actor who plays him, Glenn Howerton. "Yeah -- we're both naughty dudes."

Filled with full-frontal elf nudity, violence, blood, a 'Christmas Carol'-style lesson for Dennis and Dee's grinch of a father and even some claymation, the special truly has everything a 'Sunny' superfan could ask for. And, of course, there's the added treat of seeing Danny DeVito naked. "Let me tell you something about Danny DeVito getting naked," Kaitlin Olson dishes. "He falls, and things spread open ... it was really amazing and I'm excited to share that with everyone."

So what would the gang ask Santa for? We got them to share some of that, as well as their own personal Christmas wishes. Like Danny DeVito's plea for Croc underwear, and the gang's thoughts on the wild success of the d*ck towel, a product that Sweet Dee herself tested out while sunbathing all summer. (You're welcome for that mental picture.)

Scott Wolf Talks Playing 'V''s "Slimy Nice Guy" and Being Worth the Wait - VIDEO

Scott Wolf, 'V'Scott Wolf charmed us on 'Party of Five,' 'Everwood' and 'The Nine,' but his newest role on ABC's hit 'V' has us a little on the fence.

Apparently, Chad Decker -- the C-list news anchor he's playing -- is still a mystery to Wolf too, and that's just fine with him. "It's the first character I've ever played that is so hard for me, as an actor, to pin down," Wolf admits. So does he think Chad is a slimy guy or a nice guy? "Yes," Wolf answers with his signature dimpled smile. "We think he's a slimy, nice guy."

Now if you're heading into the last half of the series' first four-episode "pod" (Tues., Nov. 17, 8PM ET) with any doubts about the show maintaining the action and drama, don't. "It's gonna be hard, I think, for people to watch this first part and have to wait ... [but] it's worth the wait."

Watch our full video interview with Wolf now and check out all our 'V' cast interviews, straight from the show's set in Vancouver.

Morena Baccarin About Not Being Evil on 'V' and "Fascinating" Stuff Coming Up - VIDEO

Morena Baccarin, 'V'She comes in peace, always. Or until it's time to start a war.

As 'V''s resident bad girl, Morena Baccarin -- who plays Anna, the leader of the Visitors -- has gotten very good at keeping her cool, even when being grilled about her possibly evil character. But what does Baccarin think is the coolest part about playing Anna? "Well she's an alien, so pretty much anything she does is cool," she laughs. "There's little things in every episode that I think people will see and go, 'Ooh, that's really weird.'"

As for the last two episodes in the show's premiere "pod" of four (Tuesdays, 8PM ET on ABC), Baccarin insists there's some "fascinating" stuff coming up and some new characters being introduced. But will any be as powerful as Anna? Not a chance. "She has very noble intentions as far as her people goes ... as far as humans go, that's another story."

Watch our full interview with Baccarin now, and check back tomorrow for the last of our week-o-'V'-interviews with star Scott Wolf.

Laura Vandervoort Talks 'V,' Anna's Powers and Getting It On with Humans - VIDEO

Laura Vandervoort, 'V'Oh the Visitors ... so spooky. So shrouded in mystery. Such flawless skin!

On a whirlwind visit to the 'V' set in Vancouver, AOL TV got some one-on-one time with one of the Visitors' most promising recruiters: Lisa, played by the delightful Laura Vandervoort (who super geeks probably remember as Supergirl from 'Smallville').

Vandervoort dished about the V's cool weaponry and technology, and the possibility that queen bee Anna (Morena Baccarin) could have powers beyond what we've already seen. She also talked about seeing giant red "V"s everywhere, and making her mom proud with her great onscreen posture.

But with Lisa getting closer and closer to hormonal human Tyler (Logan Huffman), when will recruitment drive her to get it on with some humans? "I'm surprised she hasn't already," laughs Vandervoort. "But I'm sure that's in the future for the show."

Watch our full Q&A with her now, and check back here for more 'V' goodness in the coming days. We'll have a new cast Q&A every day until the next episode airs (Tues., Nov. 17, 8PM ET on ABC).
