What Happened on 'Survivor' Last Night (Video)

Survivor SamoaIn what Jeff Probst called the "scariest moment on 19 seasons" of 'Survivor,' contestant Russell Swan collapsed twice and appeared to be on the brink of death. He was the second 'Survivor: Samoa' player after Mike Borassi to be medically evacuated.

After the Galu tribe leader blacked out, Probst declared, "This challenge is over, neither tribe wins reward" -- making it the first time in 'Survivor' history that a challenge was unfinished. And though both teams were sent to tribal council to vote someone off, Probst informed them that everybody would be safe -- this week.

'Heroes' S4 Episode 5: Sylar's Back in Town (Video)

Sylar at the carnival? We want to go to there.

The deliciously evil 'Heroes' villain is back to his old self (but with Nathan's memories, or something like that), though he needs to do a bit of soul-searching with the help of carnie leader Samuel.

Meanwhile, Peter looks for a healer to help Hiro, while the latter mentors Emma on her abilities.

'How I Met Your Mother' Mom Watch: Rachel Bilson?

Rachel BilsonCould 'How I Met Your Mother' soon be known as 'How I Met Rachel Bilson'?

EW.com's Michael Ausiello reports that the actress, formerly of 'The O.C.,' will guest star in the show's 100th episode in January.

'HIMYM' executive producer Craig Thomas revealed that the pivotal episode would contain "some serious Mother action." He went on to say, "It'll be the closest Ted's ever come to [discovering who she is]. He's getting a step closer every episode this season, and episode 100 [we] kind of go bananas with it."

Calling for Nominations: Favorite Theme Songs!

FriendsJust sit right back ... say goodbye grey sky and hello blue ... because we're movin' on up ... to a place where everybody knows our name.

Everybody's got a favorite TV-show theme song -- or 10 -- they can sing or hum along to in their sleep. That's why we're asking for your suggestions for the catchiest openers to include in our Theme Song Throwdown this month. The best 16 theme songs will be paired off in a bracket-style tournament (think March Madness), then you, the fans, will vote. The winner of each match-up moves on the next round until a Theme Song Champion is determined.

Perhaps you loved to whistle 'The Andy Griffith Show' theme song (as close as you could get, anyway). Or you could recite the 'Fresh Prince of Bel Air' opener from heart ("Now, this is a story all about how my life got flipped, turned upside down ... "). Or maybe you tormented your parents by screaming "Greeeeeeeeeeeeen Acres is the place to be" at the top of your lungs (we know from personal experience that it worked very well). Now's your chance to share your fave -- and who knows, maybe it'll be crowned grand champion of the television theme songs.

So, which theme songs deserve to be in the sweet 16? Post your nominations in the comments.

Fabio Viviani From 'Top Chef' Gets His Own Show (Swoon)

Fabio on Top Chef"This is 'Top Chef,' not 'Top Scallop'!"

And with that choice quote, 'Top Chef' contestant Fabio Viviani became season 5's darling (and won $10,000 as the Fan Favorite in the reunion show).

Now, Fabio's good looks, charm, quotability and thick Italian accent are coming back to television on his very own show. Bravo is spinning him off into 'Fabio: A Catered Affair,' which will follow him and his business partner as they expand their restaurant and catering domain in Los Angeles

(The network is also producing spin-offs for Bethenny Frankel of 'Real Housewives of New York' and Christian Siriano of 'Project Runway.')

Is NBC Dead?

HeroesGet a hit drama in here, stat!

Just a couple weeks into the fall television season, the prognosis is not looking good for NBC. To wit:

• The 'Jay Leno Show' experiment at 10PM is flailing. The premiere attracted 18 million viewers; now it averages in the 5-6 million range. And its getting trashed by the critics, like Nancy Franklin of the New Yorker, who scathingly writes, "The forensic evidence so far indicates that a kind of death is taking place before our eyes; the only question is whether what we're witnessing is an accident or a crime scene.

• The once-beloved 'Heroes' started season 4 with its weakest premiere numbers yet, falling an astonishing 46 percent from last year's opener. Consider that season 2's premiere netted 17 million viewers. NBC would kill for just half that these days.

'Criminal Minds' Spin-Off: More Franchises, CBS ... Seriously?

Criminal MindsThe Eye Network is becoming the Double Vision Network.

The Hollywood Reporter reveals that CBS is planning yet another spin-off drama series, this time from 'Criminal Minds.'

The move comes after spin-off 'NCIS: Los Angeles' debuted to big ratings last week. (And if you remember, the blockbuster hit 'NCIS' itself is actually a spin-off of 'JAG.') And just as in the 'NCIS' case, the 'Criminal Minds' spin-off would feature a brand-new team of agents and air as an episode of the original series.

'The Hills' Premiere Preview: Watch Out for Kristin Cavallari

Kristin CavallariThe bitch is back!

That's how MTV's been promoting the new season of 'The Hills,' which premieres tonight. "The bitch" refers to Kristin Cavallari, formerly of 'Laguna Beach,' who is replacing Lauren Conrad as the reality series' lead character.

'Laguna' fans will remember Kristin as the vixenish foil who "stole" good girl Lauren's boyfriend, Stephen Colletti. But Cavallari begs to differ, saying she cried about her portrayal when that show premiered ...
