We're only one episode into the fifth season of the 'Real Housewives of Orange County,' and already the bad blood is flowing -- profusely.The dirt slinging aired last night between stars Gretchen Rossi and Tamra Barney, the self-proclaimed "hottest housewife." Unfortunately, their differences couldn't take a backseat at a dinner event hosted by co-star Lynne Curtin, who was showing off her new jewelry collection.
In the episode, Barney directly alluded to some racy photos that were leaked on the Internet, showing Rossi in a variety of potentially compromising positions.
"You have a horrible, horrible, horrible reputation," Barney told Rossi. "I don't want to be a part of somebody like that. I don't want to be known as the ... the girl, the hooker in Orange County. I don't want to be your friend." (snap!)
"The only time you're in the press is when you're talking about me," Rossi told Barney during the dinner (rear!)
"I'm not in the press. I stay in my house, I take care of my kids," Barney responded, adding that Rossi and Slade, Rossi's new beau (and more importantly, Jo De La Rosa's former flame) "make my skin crawl."
In another scene, Barney said that Slade had merely bagged his third housewife, and that she liked Rossi better before she began to date him.
Rossi and Barney have had a long-standing feud that previously reached its high point when Barney accused Rossi of cheating on her terminally ill fiancee, Jeff, as he lay dying of cancer. On last season's reunion show, Barney also claimed to have received a call from someone who alleged that Rossi was being paid to act as Jeff's fiancee.
The most recent spat of trash talking comes even before the newest O.C. housewife, Alexis Bellino, makes her debut on the show. It remains to be seen whether she'll join Team Gretchen or Team Tamra, or start a team of her own.

did'nt listen to her husband when he said keep it classy. and the gal who invited gretchen just totaly set her up did'nt help her at all.

tamara is jealous of gretchen and she talk's about everyone, I think her husband find's her shameful.

Tamra tells the world that she's having her boobs reduced. I think she should sue her plastic surgeon for obviously making them Dolly Parton sized. Tamra, sweetie, you are pathetic. Gretchen's not much better, but her boobs are real.
