In the 2009 edition of 'Treehouse of Horror,' the three stories were:
• 'Dial M for Murder or Press # to Return to Main Menu': After earning detention, Lisa enlists Bart's help in getting revenge on Ms. Hoover. But things go awry, and parodies of Alfred Hitchcock movies (including 'Strangers on a Train' and 'North By Northwest') ensue.
• 'Don't Have a Cow, Mankind': The entire town of Springfield turns into zombies after anchor Kent Brockman eats an infected Krusty Burger. Bart, who turns out to be immune, becomes "the chosen one." Cultural references include '28 Days Later,' 'I Am Legend' and 'Children of Men.'
• 'There's No Business Like Moe Business': This homage to 'Sweeney Todd' sees Homer fall and impale himself in Moe's basement. The lonely bartender then incorporates his blood into the beer (which everyone loves) and tries to woo Marge.

Why was the title of this "view sundays simpsons for free"
do people usually pay to watch the simpsons? i am so annoyed at aol's misleading headlines, and incorrect spelling, and the biased articles. i have been a member for so many years, but i think im fin ally done. they arent putting in the effort for fresh news stories, or even editing, so why should i. oh yeah, and how many times are you going to put up the aol sessions with lady gaga singing poker face? its been 3 months, every 2-3 days they come up with a different heading and repost it. sorry, i know this is off the subject of the simpsons, a show nobody has watched for the last 10 years, but i had to get it out.

I believe that they meant usually people have to pay for cable to watch it on television. Did you not think of that?

Good lord, there are countless stories of Jon and Kate every 2 minutes on the internet and TV, and you choose to complain about the freaking Simpsons? It's AOL, if you want real news-worthy headlines, go to your local news station's website. Geez.

I agree....I'm thinking of leaving aol for the same reason....the site has gotten boring and now has too much advertising.
