TVGuide.com recently polled its users to find out which TV duos are in most need of a hookup.Normally, we root for the happy ending. But for some TV couples, love just isn't the answer.

Jack and Liz, '30 Rock'If '30 Rock' is looking for an extra laugh, this is the last place they'll find it. We don't want to go to there.
Betty and Daniel, 'Ugly Betty'Betty has put up with far too much of Daniel's drama at the workplace. Let someone else assist him in this department.
Peggy and Don, 'Mad Men'Don has serious commitment issues, and it's not like Peggy's a saint, either (Duck Phillips?!) But we think -- er, hope -- these two are smart enough to keep their relationship strictly professional.
Jeff and Britta, 'Community'This hookup is inevitable, but that doesn't mean it should happen. Keep 'Community' going as an ensemble so that it doesn't devolve into a soapy mess like, say, 'Ed.' Besides: NBC has already found its Jim and Pam.
Dan and Blair, 'Gossip Girl'We know kids like to experiment in college, but Dan and Blair are polar opposites that should never attract. From Chuck Bass to Dan Humphrey? Serious downgrade.
Patrick and Teresa, 'The Mentalist'Not that we'd ever say no to Patrick's mind games (swoon!). But with Red John still on the loose, they need to keep their heads in the game.
Olivia and Peter, 'Fringe'Sure, we've seen a lot of weird stuff happen on 'Fringe.' But an Olivia/Peter hookup would surely take the cake. Find your 'Fringe' benefits elsewhere, please.

I totally agree about Patrick and Teresa, they have great sibling chemistry and it would be a shame to mess with that.
But the couple I think would really be a mistake is Tony and Ziva (NCIS) I just don't think a work place fling can work for those two.
