Ready ... set ... go!CBS announced the 12 teams competing in the 15th season of the 'The Amazing Race,' which premieres Sun., Sept. 27, 8PM ET.
This 'Race' will be the fastest yet, spanning eight countries over 21 days -- though one team won't even make it past the starting line, thanks to a surprise elimination. And this crop of racers will face the "Switchback," which sends them to the site of one of the series' most infamous Roadblocks.
The diverse cast includes professional poker players, Harlem Globetrotters and a former Miss America. The teams are:

I am a BIG fan of amazing race. I hope a girl-girl team will win this time. There better be a good team this year. Can't wait to watch it this evening and a 2 hour episode, AWESOME. See yah!!!

The first hour of last night's episode was a total waste of time, with the exception of the elimination of the first team before the show really got off the ground. What on earth were the producers thinking when they included that somphomoric wasibi bomb segment? Game shows we don't want; teams racing around the world, we do!
Please stick to the script -- otherwise no more Emmys will be coming your way.

I think that the wasbi dumb, too.It was also very mean!!!Have you ever heard Taylor Swift's song called "Love Story" because I am listening to it right now:). By the way I just turned 10. Wow, I am now a double digit number. I wish I could meet the amazing race teams! This weeks was okay but I mean, only 1 team did the letter detour. Did you hear about the next amazing race how some one is going to loze their passport! Yikes!!!
