Guilty Pleasures: 'The Rachel Zoe Project'

The Rachel Zoe ProjectGuilty TV pleasures: We all have them. For some, it's 'American Idol.' For others, it's one of the hundreds of 'Flavor of Love' spin-offs.

For me, that show is 'The Rachel Zoe Project,' Bravo's addictive reality series that chronicles the day-to-day life of celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe.

'Rachel' returns tonight with a brand new season (airing at 10PM on Bravo). To celebrate, here are four reasons it's a great show -- or, as Rachel might say, bananas.

Rachel Zoe-isms
Bananas, Killed it, Shutting it down -- just a few of the hilarious catchphrases you'll pick up on while watching Rachel in action. See more for yourself:

Celeb Sightings
'Rachel Zoe' puts its A-list clientele on full display with a revolving door of celebrity cameos (season 1's Best in Show: Molly Sims, whom Rachel continually referred to as "Mols"). Not everyone gets screen time, but the sheer volume of name-dropping (Anne, Cameron and Kate, oh my!) is enough to make viewers feel like they're part of Hollywood's in-crowd. Think 'My Life on the A-List.'

Taylor vs. Brad
It ain't easy working for Rachel Zoe. Just ask her two assistants, Taylor and Brad, who spend their work days either screaming (Taylor), crying (Brad) or threatening to quit (Taylor and Brad). Along the way, they've each managed to learn some of life's most valuable lessons -- like, you know, never forget to bring Rachel's stylist kit on the day of the Oscars (Brad!).

She Works Hard for the Money
Rachel is dedicated to her job -- almost too much (last season, she missed her uncle's funeral because of work). But without her round-the-clock effort, viewers would never get such an in-depth look at life behind the red carpet (Cameron Diaz's wardrobe wasn't built in a day, we've learned). Her work is the driving force of the show, and it's enough to make Rachel seem, dare we say it, likable -- just as long as she always has her double-sided tape handy.
