Lauren Lee Smith'CSI''s Lauren Lee Smith will not be returning as a series regular for season 10. Executive producer Naren Shankar says Smith's character, Riley, got lost in the shuffle following Warrick, Sara and Grissom's departures, adding the character "never quite found its footing in terms of the rest of the gang." Meanwhile, Shankar says Sara (played by Jorja Fox) will return to the show "because the team is understaffed." Coincidence? Probably not. [TV Guide Magazine]


Shawn PyfromActor Shawn Pyfrom is moving out of Wisteria Lane. The 'Desperate Housewives' co-star, who plays Bree's (Marcia Cross) son, Andrew, on the show, is leaving to "pursue new television and film opportunities," according to a source. Pyfrom will still make a couple of guest appearances next season, the source added. [PEOPLE]


Burn NoticeUSA has picked up 'Burn Notice' and 'Royal Pains' for a fourth and second season, respectively. 'Notice' and 'Pains,' which have performed to astounding ratings all summer, will presumably return sometime in summer 2010. Talk about a good notice. [Hollywood Reporter]


Robert KnepperRobert Knepper has been promoted to series regular on the hit NBC drama 'Heroes.' Knepper will continue to play the evil Samuel, a ringleader who "recruits people with special powers for a mysterious purpose." 'Heroes' returns with an all-new fourth season on Mon., Sept. 21. Alfre WoodardOscar-nominated actress Alfre Woodard will replace Julia Ormond on the upcoming CBS series 'Three Rivers.' Woodard will play head of surgery Sophia Jordon on the medical drama about organ transplants, as seen from three different points of view. [Hollywood Reporter]


Elle MacphersonElle Macpherson and Corbin Bleu will now serve as series regulars on the CW's 'The Beautiful Life.' Both actors were previously cast in recurring roles on the series about a bunch of beautiful models living together in New York. Consider this Mischa Barton's wake-up call. [Hollywood Reporter]

Timothy OlyphantFX has picked up 13 episodes of 'Lawman,' a new series starring 'Deadwood''s Timothy Olyphant. Olyphant will play Raylan Givens on the new series from 'Boomtown' writer Graham Yost, scheduled to premiere in spring 2010. [Variety]


The Bachelorette'The Bachelorette''s Jillian Harris found true love on Monday night -- not to mention a big audience. The show's fifth season finale averaged 10 million viewers -- a strong lead-in for ABC's hit new dating series 'Dating in the Dark,' which earned an impressive 6.2 million viewers overall. [Variety]

George LopezTBS has set the premiere date for George Lopez's upcoming talk show. The new series, titled 'Lopez Tonight,' will kick off on Mon., Nov. 9, and will continue to air five nights a week at 11PM. [Variety]


Gabrielle UnionGabrielle Union has joined the cast of 'FlashForward' in a recurring role. Union will play defense lawyer Zoey, said to also have a "romantic arc" with someone on the show. We already envision good things. [Zap2It]
