John Goodman Joins 'The Station' & More TV News

John GoodmanJohn Goodman will join 'The Hangover''s Justin Bartha in the upcoming Fox comedy 'The Station.' Goodman will play a CIA veteran in the new series about a group of CIA officials who try to orchestrate a new dictator in Central America. [Hollywood Reporter]

Susan Boyle'Britain's Got Talent' runner up Susan Boyle will be featured in an exclusive interview with Meredith Vieira. The interview will air next Wed., July 22, on 'Today,' with an extension scheduled to air during 'America's Got Talent' later that evening. Late Show With Conan O'BrienThough still popular with younger audiences, the 'Tonight Show With Conan O'Brien' continues to take a tumble in the ratings. LeverageThe season 2 premiere of 'Leverage,' starring Oscar winner Timothy Hutton, netted 3.9 million viewers, down 22 percent from last season. On the bright side: the new Dylan McDermott vehicle 'Dark Blue' held 91 percent of 'Leverage''s lead-in audience to finish with a respectable 3.5 million. [Live Feed]

NBC has picked 'Persons Unknown,' a new drama series starring Jason Wiles and Daisy Betts. The network will air 13 episodes of the series about strangers who unknowingly wake up in a deserted town to discover they are being tracked by security cameras. How very 'Big Brother' of them.
