Tomorrow night, 12 new guests will officially move into the 'Big Brother' (8PM on CBS) household, where rabid fans will be ready to watch their every move.So what twists and turns will the show's 11th season bring us? Here's a rundown of confirmed facts and rumored speculation:
What We Know:
Unsolved mystery
CBS officially revealed the 12-person cast a couple of days ago -- with one little twist: A mystery 13th houseguest will move into the 'Big Brother' house next Tuesday. No word on whether it will be a new or returning cast member. But fingers crossed for Dr. Will.
It cliques
The housemates will each be divided into four cliques -- popular, athletes, brainiacs off-beats -- where they will then compete in challenges for immunity. That is, until the mean girls take over.
Sore losers
According to executive producer Allison Grodner, 'Big Brother' has scrapped the food competition, replacing it with a brand new "have and have not" challenge. In this event, one losing group will be subjected to "the worst living conditions that we've probably had in Big Brother." This includes: Cold showers, food restrictions and a "horrible, sparse" room.
House Calls evicted
In May, host Gretchen Mossey announced 'Big Brother' will no longer feature House Calls, a weekly online show that allowed fans to call in and ask questions to the latest evictee. The reason: Lack of sponsorship.
Greenhouse effect
'Big Brother' is doing its part to help the environment by going green. "The house is gorgeous. It's a modern house this season, and we're going green. Eco-friendly," Grodner said.

What's Been Rumored:
The return of Sheila?
The Internet is already speculating on who the mystery guest will be. Among the suspects: Season 9's Sheila Kennedy, who recently posted on her Myspace that she will be traveling for the next three months. How convenient.
They'll work hard for the money
Jokers claims the houseguests will have to earn the winning prize money this year, which will start off at $0.
