Good news for 'Battlestar Galactica' fans: Starbuck herself, Katee Sackhoff, is joining the eighth season of '24.' She'll play CTU expert analyst Dana Walsh, a role that will link her to co-star Freddie Prinze. Jr.

Meanwhile, Conan O'Brien had better keep an eye out. David Letterman is reportedly planning to extend his 'Late Show' contract through the 2011-12 season, in what could be the show's smartest human trick to date.
