Isabelle over at TV Squad has a great recap of the finale, but a few thoughts that came our minds:
• Finally! Chuck told Blair he loved her and they got a happy ending. Well, happy for now.
• Serena's off to jet around the world to find her father. Anyone want to bet she doesn't go to Brown in the fall?
• Nate and Vanessa will spend the summer backpacking across Europe ... as "friends." Yeah, right.
• Rufus and Lily make up and get engaged but ...
• Their supposedly dead love child is apparently alive and well. And his name is Scott. Anyone want to bet he shows up at their wedding?
• Jenny becomes Queen J. Let's hope she decrees for herself to stop ... with ... the ... eyeshadow.
• Georgina signs up to be Blair's roommate at NYU. Bosom buddies!
• And just who is 'Gossip Girl'? I'll never tell. XOXO.

Vanessa is gossip girl. In the season 2 finale, Serena asks Dan to help her find gossip girl. Vanessa mysteriously dissapears. They put the facts together, gossip girl started in 9th grade. Dan started that school and was ignored by the popular kids and Vanessa probably wanted to get back. Since Vanessa started going to school functions she had more info and the GG post double just at that one school. Vanessa came back into the picture when GG started to report on lonely boy and S. Vanessa wasn't given a final blast but was invited to the Oak Room with everyone else at the end.
