What to Watch Monday, April 20

For the Love of Ray J'For the Love of Ray J'
(10PM, VH1) 1st season finale
Ray J's mama told him none of the three finalists were right for him. That isn't stopping him from making plans to meet their families tonight however, though one of the ladies throws a wrench in his game when she abruptly leaves.

For Ray J's sake, here's hoping it's tattoo-faced Danger ... not saying she's crazy, but Brandy's little bro might want to consider whether or not he's willing to live with the chance that he'll wake up in the middle of the night with Danger standing over him, a knife in one hand and his junk in the other.

Meanwhile, the other two finalists: Cocktail and Unique, meaning it's all but certain that Ray J's gonna need another season.

'Castle'
(10PM, ABC)
When a socialite is murdered, Beckett has to hang with Castle and his upper-class cohorts at a charity ball to try and sniff out the killer.

'Cash Cab'

(6:30PM, Discovery) 4th season premiere
Sure, sitting on the hot seat for a chance at a million bucks on 'Who Wants to Be a Millionaire' is swell, but we'd rather be riding around the Big Apple with host/cabbie Ben Bailey, as he gives away hundreds of dollars to trivia buffs.

'24'
(9PM, Fox)
The clock didn't stop ticking, which we think means a) Larry Moss is not dead, and b) – and most importantly – Tony is not a bad guy. Again. Meanwhile, somehow Jack ends up back in the field – does that mean he's been cured?

'Chuck'

(8PM, NBC)
Just one week from the season finale, and Chuck and Sarah take it on the run in order to save Chuck's dad (Scott Bakula). And since they're finally not under the government's radar, the two also might get the chance to get a little somethin'-somethin' going.

'Unwrapped'
(9PM, Food Network)
The episode's called 'Get Comfy,' and it's all about yummy comfort foods like a nine-layer lasagna, brownies and what our three-year-old friend Arianna calls mac-cheese.

'Super High Me'

(10PM, G4)
G4's evening of 420-themed programming kicks off with a special installment of 'Attack of the Show' (7PM) and wraps with this documentary from 'Best Week Ever' funny guy Doug Benson, who, in a play on the 'Super Size Me' concept, gauges the effects of smoking those funny little cigarettes for 30 consecutive days.

'Bones'
(8PM, Fox)
When a fellow Jeffersonian employee dies, Brennan thinks it wasn't an accident, and convinces Booth to help her steal the body so she can perform her own autopsy. Now that's being proactive!

Also on tonight:
- 'Gossip Girl' (8PM, CW)
- 'Ax Men' (10PM, History)

What's on tomorrow: 'Rescue Me,' 'Fringe' and more
