What to Watch Monday, April 6

The Hills'The Hills'
(10PM, MTV) 5th season premiere
Spencer's still a tool, Speidi's still together, Lauren and Heidi are still not reconciled and Lauren is still employed at People's Revolution.

Now, about what's different for what is rumored to be the show's finale season: With Whitney in NYC, L.C. needs a new co-worker, and the surprising candidate is Spencer's sneaky sis Stephanie. And while Speidi is still cohabitating, buzz is that it may not be so happily.

Previews have shown Heidi getting all up in her boy's grill about some alleged extracurricular flirtations, while it also appears that Heidi and her ex-pal Lauren – one of Spencer's many sworn enemies – may be on their way to a reunion.

'Surviving Suburbia'
(9:30PM, ABC) series premiere
Bob Saget's back in the family sitcom biz – sans the Olsens. This time around, he's snarky dad Steve, who, in the opener, is mistakenly hailed as a hero when he puts out a fire in his neighbor's house ... a fire he set.

'Medium'
(10PM, NBC)
Also returning to the tube: The Beek! Former 'Dawson's Creek'-er James Van Der Beek plays a creepy dude who Allison suspects is involved with the disappearance of his mother.

'Chuck'
(8PM, NBC)
Good news: Chuck lands his dream job with his tech geek hero, Ted Roark (guest star Chevy Chase). Even better news: Chuck finds his dad (guest star Scott Bakula). Bad news: Roark and Papa Bartowski don't get along, and one of them is going to turn out to be a big ol' baddie.

'Who Really Killed Jesus?'
(10PM, NGC)
Historians dish about Pontius Pilate, the alliterative name behind Jesus' crucifixion. And if that's not enough historical docs for ya, there's also NGC's 'In Search of Jesus' Tomb' (8PM) and 'Secrets of the Knights Templar' (9PM).

'24'
(8PM, Fox)
The season has moved along at such an action-packed pace that we didn't even realize that, after tonight, there are only seven hours left for Jack Bauer to save the world. Again.

'The Newlywed Game'

(10PM, GSN) series premiere
In another revival of the classic game show, Carnie Wilson hosts newly-married couples trying to win prizes by predicting each others' answers to silly questions about their whoopee-makin'.

Also on tonight:
- 'College Basketball: NCAA Championship Game' (9PM, CBS)
- 'Saving Grace' (10PM, TNT)

What's on tomorrow: 'Rescue Me,' 'The Mentalist' and more
