What to Watch Thursday, April 2

ER'ER'
(9PM, NBC) series finale
The Emmy, Golden Globe and Peabody-winning series closes out its 15-season run with an appropriate send-off that will give fans updates on their favorite characters.

More 'ER' friends – Eriq LaSalle, Alex Kingston, Sherry Stringfield, Laura Innes and Thandie Newton – return to the hospital tonight to support John Carter (Noah Wyle) as he opens his new medical center.

Meanwhile, the new crew gets some final screen time, too, as John Stamos' Gates treats a teen whose boozy games have led to alcohol poisoning, and Carter helps a new intern (Alexis Bledel) whose pregnant patient is about to deliver twins. Hmmm, a 'Gilmore Girl' in the ER? Sounds like spin-off potential to us ...

'Eleventh Hour'
(10PM, CBS) 1st season finale
When a psycho woman accuses the FBI's director of kidnapping her baby and drugging her up to cover the crime, everyone thinks she's, well, even more psycho ... except for Hood.

'Free Radio'
(11PM, VH1) 2nd season premiere
It's another round with 'Moron in the Morning,' the improvised radio show-within-a-TV show that will feature celeb guests like Kathy Griffin, John Stamos, Cheech and Chong, David Cook, and the 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' guys, getting interviewed by the titular 'Moron,' DJ Lance.

'CSI'
(9PM, CBS)
Oscar winner William Friedkin ('The French Connection') directs the show's 200th episode, which finds Ray immersing himself in the world of lucha libre – Mexican wrestling – after one of his former students is murdered.

'Perfect Private Parts'

(9PM, BBCA)
Here's plastic surgery run amuck: women who undergo cosmetic operations to spruce up their nether regions.

'Supernatural'
(9PM, The CW)
Sam and Dean discover they're the stars of a comic book that follows their demon-hunting adventures. How did such a collectible come about? A dude who has visions of them puts his dreams on paper.

'Grand Canyon Skywalk'

(8PM, NGC)
It's not really walking on water, but you may feel like you are on the Skywalk, a glass-floored, horseshoe-shaped bridge that juts out from the Grand Canyon, 4,000 feet above the Colorado River.

Also on tonight:
- 'Bones' (8PM, Fox)
- 'Samantha Who?' (8:30PM, ABC)

What's on tomorrow: 'Sarah Connor Chronicles,' 'Friday Night Lights' and more
