What to Watch Friday, March 20

Battlestar Galactica'Battlestar Galactica'
(9PM, Sci Fi) series finale
Is the end of the series the end for the humans and Cylons? Mmmm, could be, as 'BSG' creator Ron Moore has promised that the finale of his instant classic sci-fi remake will leave fans reeling.

We know from last week's part one of the finale that Adama (Edward James Olmos) had rounded up volunteers for what he warned was likely a one-way mission: Taking the failing Galactica to Cavil's hangout to try and bring back young Hera.

Moore and several series stars have also said the finale focuses on the beloved 'BSG' characters, and that the episode won't end with all their stories tied up neatly. As if we'd expect anything less from the Peabody and Emmy Award-winning drama.

'Head Case'
(10PM, Starz) 2nd season premiere
Narcissistic 'therapist to the stars' Dr. Elizabeth Goode (Alexandra Wentworth) is back, with clients like Jerry Seinfeld, Jerry Stiller, Andy Dick, Hugh Hefner, Mario Batali, Janeane Garofalo and, in the season opener, R&B singer Macy Gray, who's convinced she's destined to end up in the White House.

'DogTown'
(10PM, NGC) 3rd season premiere
Bust out the 'awwww's, as a sweet little puppy with a bad skin condition arrives as DogTown, followed by eight beagles who are rescued from death.

'Party Down'
(10:30PM, Starz) series premiere
The latest from 'Veronica Mars' creator Rob Thomas (co-produced by Paul Rudd) includes the fine comedic talents of Jane Lynch, Ken Marino, Martin Starr and Adam Scott, who star as wannabe Hollywood stars who pay the bills (or don't) by working for a Los Angeles catering company.

'Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles'
(8PM, Fox)
Jesse's deadly back to the future submarine mission leads to present-day consequences for Derek, Sarah and John, who makes a major decision about his present and future.

'Friday Night Lights'
(9PM, NBC)
Eric makes an unwelcome discovery about Julie, but he's not more shocked than Tyra is when Landry finally tells her how badly she's treated him for, oh, forever.

Also on tonight:
- 'Howie Do It' (8PM, NBC)
- 'Supernanny' (9PM, ABC)

What's on this weekend: 'Big Love' finale and more.
