What to Watch Tuesday, Jan. 20

Obama'Presidential Inauguration'
(Check local listings for time and channels)
There'll be dozens of inauguration balls, parades and TV specials, but the main event -- leading up to the noon swearing in of Barack Obama as the 44th President of the United States -- begins at 10AM.

Evangelical pastor Rick Warren will deliver the invocation, civil rights leader Joseph Lowery will deliver the benediction and Yo-Yo Ma, Aretha Franklin and Itzhak Perlman will provide the celebratory tunes before Vice-President Joe Biden takes his oath.

He will be followed by Obama, who will take his oath of office from Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, using the bible that Abraham Lincoln used at his 1861 inauguration ... a historical day indeed.

'Fringe'
(9PM, Fox)
The Fringe Division's being subjected to a formal review, which happens just as Olivia's sister visits and a famous scientist is murdered (which may also be linked to Olivia and her recent abduction).

'Starz Inside: Ladies or Gentlemen'
(10PM, Starz)
And now for something completely different: A history of cross-dressing in films, including Tim Curry in 'The Rocky Horror Picture Show,' Johnny Depp in 'Ed Wood,' Dustin Hoffman in 'Tootsie' and Jack Lemmon and Tony Curtis in 'Some Like It Hot.'

'The Bad Girls Club'
(10PM, Oxygen)
The Ambers are already on thin ice with their roomies, so when the same name duo plot a practical joke against the others, drama ensues.

'10 Items or Less'
(11PM, TBS)
Leslie's request to host a 'Star Trek' convention at the store is denied by Paramount, so he decides to hold a 'Star Trok' convention, complete with 'Star Trek: Enterprise' star Jolene Blalock as a special guest.

'The Real Housewives of Orange County'
(10PM, Bravo)
The Gretchen/Ryan brouhaha continues, as Tamra's son tries to put the moves on a soused Gretchen, which (again) brings out the other Housewives' claws.

Also on tonight:
- 'American Idol' (8PM, Fox)
- 'Privileged' (9PM, CW)

What's on tomorrow: 'Lost,' 'Lie to Me' and more
