'Monk' and 'Psych' (9PM & 10PM, USA)
USA's Friday night characters are back in action, and for Monk, that means a family reunion.
His half-brother, Jack. Jr., is on the lam after he escapes from prison, and Jack makes his way to casa de Monk for help. Someone's framed him, he claims, and he wants his OCD bro to help him crack the case.
Meanwhile, 'Psych' buds Shawn and Gus are on the hot on the trail of a murderer ... a murderer whose victim is Shabby the Sea Lion. And their lead suspect: A TV animal show host played by the patron saint of Jumping the Shark, Ted McGinley. Be careful, 'Psych' dudes; he's killed before.
'Lipstick Jungle'

Or is that series finale? The network seems unwilling to make the final call, though fans should probably savor this episode, in which the newly-engaged Victory tries to make her parents and their son-in-law-to-be Joe get along.
'Stargate Atlantis'

The Wraith have a new-fangled fancy hive ship and they may be aiming it towards Earth. Will the Atlantis gang heed Todd's warning to destroy it?
'Crash'
(10PM, Starz) 1st season finale
Ben (Dennis Hopper) and Anthony pay a visit to Ben's former business partner, who asks Ben for what is described as a "shocking" favor.
'Howie Do It'
(8PM, NBC) series premiere
Howie Mandel gets all Ashton Kutcher-y in this new prank series, in which he does things like sending a singing telegram to a funeral. Yeah, wow, that does sound hilarious.
'Sanctuary'
(10PM, Sci Fi) 1st season finale
Season two's been given a greenlight, but for now, Ashley and Henry have to find a way to break free when they're held captive by The Cabal.
'Flashpoint'
(9PM, CBS) 2nd season premiere
While the SRU is providing security for a visiting billionaire, his wife is kidnapped. D'oh!
'Get a Room: 10 Most Inappropriate Make-out Sessions'

Michael Jackson and Lisa Marie Presley's infamous MTV smooch ... Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thornton ... Angelina Jolie and her brother ... you get the idea.
