What to Watch Thursday, Dec. 18

million dollar password'Million Dollar Password'
(8PM, CBS)
Two things we can't get enough of in primetime: game shows and Regis Philbin, which makes the return of this remake of the classic series a bright spot on the holiday TV schedule.

Reeg is back with a slew of celeb players who'll try to help regular Joes and Janes leave with stacks of cool cash if their word-guessing skills are top notch.

Tonight's celebrity partners: Emmy winner William Shatner and former 'Ghost Whisperer' star Aisha Tyler, while guests in the weeks ahead will include 'Golden Girl' Betty White, 'Amazing Race' host Phil Keoghan and late-night TV's most underrated star, Craig Ferguson.

'Secret Millionaire'
(8PM, Fox) 1st season finale
A Salt Lake City software mogul -- read: he's filthy rich, y'all! -- and his bro go undercover to get to know some Las Vegas residents they'll eventually dump a pile o' cash on.

'Lights! Celebrate Hanukkah Live in Concert'
(Check local listings for time, PBS)
The festive concert includes a performance by sax player Dave Koz, as well as YouTube fave Michelle Citrin.

'Forbes Luxe 11'
(10PM, Travel Channel)
A countdown of 11 super swanky vacay locales, from a members-only Vegas casino club where players have to gamble at least a million bucks to belong and Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago to a Hamptons hideout and an exclusive Mustique village where billionaires spend $55,000 a week for a fully-staffed villa.

'Testees'
(11PM, FX) 1st season finale
When the Testico folks refuse to tell Ron and Pete what they're testing, the human guinea pigs stop eating, sleeping and leaving the house and eventually descend into complete madness. Sounds about right.

'Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew'
(10PM, VH1) 2nd season finale
Even Dr. Drew seems to have lost his patience with Jeff Conaway after the 'Taxi' star kicked his girlfriend (and fellow rehabber) last week, which puts the actor's graduation in jeopardy.

Also on tonight:
- 'Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas' (9PM, ToonD)
- 'LA Ink' (10PM, TLC)

What's on tomorrow: 'E! True Hollywood Story,' 'Survivorman' and more
