'Dallas' Cast: Where Are They Now?

Dallas: Where Are They Now?

At Southfork Ranch on Nov. 8, the cast of classic '80s primetime soap 'Dallas' will gather for an event-packed reunion to celebrate the show's 30th anniversary.

What have the Ewings, their friends, enemies -- and frenemies -- been up to since the show wrapped in 1991?

If you're not heading to a Southfork BBQ, you can still find out how the Stetson-wearin', backstab-plottin', cliffhanger-endin' tube stars have spent the last three decades -- just click through our gallery now. -- By Kimberly Potts

    Larry Hagman
    J.R. Ewing

Then: He was the wicked head of Ewing Oil, the eldest sibling to younger brothers Bobby and Gary, and the one most likely to sell out his brothers, mother, father, wife, sister-in-law, niece, friends and fellow oil men if it meant securing his position as Dallas' most powerful player. J.R.'s other turn-ons: Ruining Cliff Barnes and sleeping with every woman in sight.

    J.R. Ewing

Now: Emmy-nominated Hagman, the only 'Dallas' star to appear in every episode of the show, played a judge in the CBS legal drama 'Orleans' in 1997, and guest-starred on 'Nip/Tuck' in 2006. The 'I Dream of Jeanie' star, who underwent a kidney transplant in 1995, is also involved with organ donation and alternative energy charities with Maj, his wife of 53 years.

    Bobby Ewing

Then: Bobby was the more upstanding (and sexy) younger brother of J.R., and often battled his bro for control of Ewing Oil and over J.R.'s hatred of Bobby's wife Pam. Duffy sparked one of the most notorious plots in TV history, when Bobby's season 8 death was revealed to be part of a "dream season" when the actor, who'd left the show, decided to return to the series.

    Bobby Ewing

Now: Duffy, who dealt with the murder of his parents during the 'Dallas' run, starred in the 'Brady Bunch'-ish sitcom 'Step by Step' from 1991 to '98 and has had a recurring role on 'The Bold and the Beautiful' since 2006. The 'Man From Atlantis' star, whose nephew is Major League Baseball pitcher Barry Zito, also reprised his Bobby role in both 'Dallas' reunion movies.

    Linda Gray
    Sue Ellen Ewing

Then: Miss Texas Sue Ellen thought J.R. was her Prince Charming, but his tomcattin' ways spelled repeated heartache and a love of booze for the beauty queen. She had plenty of flings herself, most notably with J.R.'s nemesis Cliff, and after giving J.R. a son, divorcing him, remarrying him and divorcing him again, she fled the country to leave the wily oil man behind.

Now: Gray has maintained her soap ties post-'Dallas,' as Heather Locklear's mom on 'Melrose Place' and spin-off 'Models Inc.,' with a recurring role on 'The Bold and the Beautiful,' by touring the U.K. with a play version of 'Terms of Endearment' and with a guest spot on the new '90210'. Like Hagman's J.R., her Sue Ellen is also the name of a restaurant in Dallas.

    Jim Davis
    Jock Ewing

Then: The paterfamilias of the Ewing clan became the wealthy owner of Ewing Oil after swindling his friend and partner Digger Barnes, or so Digger would always claim. Miss Ellie married Jock, in part, because he had the cash to save Southfork. Despite a brief separation in season 4, the two were married until Jock was killed in a helicopter crash in season 5.

    Jim Davis
    Jock Ewing

Now: Davis, a TV vet who'd starred in shows like 'Bonanza' and 'Gunsmoke,' actually died during the spring of the fourth season of 'Dallas,' and his last appearance on the show was the season 4 finale. A portrait of Davis as Jock that hung in the Ewing living room at Southfork, and then at Ewing Oil for the remainder of the show, now hangs in Larry Hagman's home.

    Ray Krebbs

Then: Southfork ranch hand Ray was a baddie in the beginning, bitter over Pam dumping him for Bobby and engaging in literal rolls in the hay with teen Lucy. It was eventually revealed that Ray was Jock's illegitimate son (and Lucy's uncle!), and after a failed marriage to Donna, and years of fighting J.R.'s insults and machinations, Ray and new wife Jenna fled to Switzerland.
