I'm glad all the Charmed Ones got onto this list, well deserved. And I'm especially glad that Piper (Holly Marie Combs) was placed higher than any of them. She truly was the heart of the whole series (and coincedentally the only one to appear in all episodes inclusing the pilot!).

Dean:)
You're so right :) All the Charmed ones are great, but Piper is maybe the greatest.
Just out of curiosity... Which episodes aren't Phoebe in?
And did you see that they wrote that Piper got Three kids? x)

I did see that, thanks Kristin! Phoebe was in the pilot, but played by a different actress. So Holly was the only person in all episodes, not Piper. Sorry for the confusion.

hahah... i like wizards of waverly place why its only in twenty, but anyway, some had great stories and it was just a comedy show...and she's a wizard; not a witch...anyway
i like that Piper is the highest among the four
and...
Hermione is not there...LOL... hahahahah...

Hermione and the other witches from Harry Potter books aren't in the list because this is a list with the 20 best TV witches. I was sure that the Charmed Ones would be in that list and I'm really happy that they are although I believe that Prue and Paige should be in higher positions!!!
